What we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Written to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

Account: email, and your name and phone if you add them. Addresses you save, including the map pin. Orders: what you booked, notes, quotes, amounts, the timeline, reviews and support tickets.

Healthcare bookings: the patient name, age, sex and relation you enter. Partners: identity documents, a live photo, vehicle and licence details, and location while online. Payments: the confirmation fee is processed by Razorpay; we store the payment reference and status, never your card or UPI credentials.

Device: a push notification token, app version and basic diagnostics.

2. Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, show live tracking, send updates by push and WhatsApp, handle refunds and complaints, keep the accounts of franchises, merchants and partners, prevent fraud, and meet tax and legal duties. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who sees it

The franchise for your pincode, and the merchant or partner assigned to your order, see what they need to serve you: name, address, phone and order details. A partner's live location is shown to the customer only while the order is on the way. A tracking link you choose to share shows status and the partner's first name and position, never your address or phone.

Processors who work for us: Supabase (database and sign-in, hosted in India), Vercel (web hosting), Razorpay (payments), Gupshup (WhatsApp), Expo (push), and map providers. Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Orders, invoices and ledger entries are kept for eight years because tax law requires it. Partner location points are deleted after a few days. Identity documents are kept while the partner is active and for the period the law requires after. An account you close is de-identified except for records we must keep.

5. Your choices and rights

You can see and correct your profile and addresses in the app, turn off notifications in your phone settings, and withdraw consent by closing your account. You can ask for a copy, a correction or erasure of your data, and nominate someone to act for you, by writing to ashok@akmofilings.in. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Security

Every table is protected by row-level security so people see only what their role allows, money moves through an append-only ledger, and privileged actions are recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you and the Board as the law requires.

7. Children

The service is for adults. A parent or guardian may book a healthcare appointment for a child as the patient.

8. Contact
